THINGS TO KNOW
BEFORE YOU BOOK

  • We require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for permitting & securing date.
    This deposit is included in listed pricing and paid at time of booking.
    Small Parties - $75 (plus tax)
    Large Parties - $125 (plus tax)

  • Parties with 30 or more guests are required additional permitting by Walton County. The Special Event Permit fee will be added to your total and paid directly to Walton County.
    Special Event Permit pricing:
    31-50 people - $250
    51-75 people - $500
    76+ people - $1,000

  • IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER:

    -If we are unable to provide our services, you are only out your deposit.
    -If we set up, you’ve got to pay. Labor is the same (if not more) for our crew in the rain. If your time was cut short due to weather, you will receive a discount on your remaining balance. Discounted percentage will be determined on how long you got to be out at your fire.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellations under 24hrs of booking will be charged a $100 cancellation fee on top of already paid deposit.

  • All packages (excluding "One Drop") include SWFD/PCB/Bay County beach bonfire permit, optional attendant, complete set up, break down, and clean up of entire event.

  • If you have a larger or smaller group than our packages cover, please call for pricing. We will work with you to ensure you get what you are looking for!

  • We service Walton County/30A, and now, areas of Panama City Beach! See below for things to know for your area.

SPECIFICS FOR YOUR AREA

  • WALTON COUNTY/30A
    Same day booking possible, however, to secure permitting and to lock in specific date and location of your choice, book your beach bonfire AT LEAST 48 hours in advance.

    South Walton Fire District beach bonfire permits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If we have already purchased your permit and you wish to change date, a new permit will have to be purchased and an additional $55 will be charged to do so.

    SWFD is closed on weekends. If the date you want to book falls on a Saturday/Sunday, be sure you book your fire with us by Friday at 2 PM.

  • PCB - COUNTY LIMITS
    Must book AT LEAST 3 days in advance. Here, we service private beach front property with consent of property owner. Give us a call to see if we service your location. If we do not, we will have a nearby location that hopefully will serve as an alternative option for you!

  • PCB - CITY LIMITS
    Must book AT LEAST 7 days in advance. Here, we service private beach front property with consent of property owner. Give us a call to see if we service your location. If we do not, we will have a nearby location that hopefully will serve as an alternative option for you!

    Please note: During turtle nesting season (May-October) additional permitting fees apply for locations in PCB City Limits.
