Beach Chair Rental Policies

• LOCATIONS:
  Beach chair rentals are provided for all of Panama City Beach- excluding private properties/condos with contracted beach services. When you book, we will let you know if we do not service your location and will provide the best alternative option :)

• PAYMENT:
  FULL AMOUNT DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING. Upon booking, you will either pay by credit card over the phone or via email invoice. Reservations are NOT finalized until full payment is made.

• INCLEMENT WEATHER:
  High winds and high rain percentages are cause for set up cancellation. In the event of inclement weather where we are COMPLETLEY UNABLE to set up, you will receive a full refund for the day(s) affected. In the event of inclement weather which causes removal of equipment from the beach before 5PM, no refunds will be issued. In the event of high winds, we reserve the right to close or remove umbrellas for safety reasons. No refunds or credits are given if umbrellas have to be closed or removed.

• CANCELLATIONS:
  Cancellations to reservations made under 24hrs will be charged $100 cancellation fee. A full refund minus $100 cancellation fee will be issued upon cancellation. If $100 cancellation fee exceeds chair rental amount, chair rental payment will serve as cancellation fee and no refund will be issued.

ONLINE BOOKING PROCESS

1. CLICK “BOOK NOW” LINK ABOVE
Enter your address for delivery or choose a beach access from the drop down provided. Select your products and then your dates for your rental. Complete your order by checking out via your cart with your credit card payment.

2. CONFIRMATION RECEIPT
Once the payment is processed, you will be directed to a confirmation page and will then receive a confirmation to your email provided. Full payment is due at time of booking. Reservations are not finalized until payment is received. PLEASE NOTE* your email confirmation receipt will provide your destination location for delivery.

3. THAT'S IT!
Once you complete your order online, you are good to go! If you wish to make any changes to your reservation feel free to email or call/text us directly at 850-381-9452.
