You can bring anything you’d like to your fire, JUST NO GLASS. You an either bring your own food, have your own food delivered, OR let us do all the work. This add on includes coordination, pick up, delivery of food to your fire along with plates, napkins, cutlery, and serving utensils (if needed).

OUR POLICIES
BEACH CHAIR RENTALS:
FULL PAYMENT DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING. Reservations are NOT finalized until full payment is made. In the event of inclement weather, where we are UNABLE to set up, you will have the choice to receive either a refund or future credit for chair rental on your next visit.
PAYMENT:
FULL AMOUNT DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING. Reservations are NOT finalized until full payment is made. In the event of inclement weather, high winds, high tide, turtle nesting, access closures, etc. and we are UNABLE TO PROVIDE OUR SERVICES, you will receive a full refund MINUS $150 deposit. This deposit is 100% NONREFUNDABLE, rain or shine.BEACH BONFIRE PERMITTING: We provide all necessary permitting and notification to county and/or city required for each beach bonfire. Permitting fee is included in our package pricing. The fire dept only issues a certain number of permits per night, per access. Therefore, permitting is limited and not always guaranteed. PCB bonfire permits are NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE, rain or shine.
RESCHEDULES:
Reschedules are permitted based on our availability AND permitting availability combined. As we book up far in advance, reschedule availability is not guaranteed. As the fire dept only issues a certain number of permits per night per access, access availability is not guaranteed. As permitting is non-refundable or transferable, reschedules, for ANY reason, may require an additional permit. A reschedule fee of $110 is due prior to purchase of rescheduled permit.
RESCHEDULE FEE- $110PRIVATE BEACH FRONT HOMES (PCB):
We service private beachfront properties based on availability, accessibility, and authorization. Depending on the location zoning of the specific property, a convenience fee may apply. This EXCLUDES the far West end and Far East end of PCB. Call for details and clarification.
CONVENIENCE FEE- $75HOLIDAYS:
Panama City Beach does not allow fires on New Years Eve or July 4th. Other than those dates, we do book fires on all major holidays. We give our team the choice to work or have off those days. That being said, we are shorter staffed and locations are limited. We charge a $100 HOLIDAY FEE for ALL fires booked on ACTUAL HOLIDAYS (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, NYE, etc.) This $100 goes directly to your attendant. You may tip on top of this if you choose to!
HOLIDAY FEE: $100GRATUITY:
Tipping your attendant is customary, but not expected. If you choose to tip, gratuity can be added when you pay your invoice, or you can tip cash on site the night of your fire.
- 100% of all gratuities goes to your attendant
SERVICE FEE- a 15% service fee will be automatically added to the Roots, Rock, Reggae package ONLY. This service fee goes directly to your attendant as gratuity. If you would like to tip on top of this 15%, you can either add it when you pay your invoice, or tip cash on site.INCLEMENT WEATHER, HIGH TIDE, BURN BANS & TURTLE NESTING:
-High winds, high rain percentages, high tide, burn bans & turtle nesting are cause for cancellation. If we are unable to provide our services, and do NOT set up due to any of the above, with the exception of burn bans, you will receive a full refund MINUS our $150 non-refundable deposit. As natural changes in forecast and turtles laying eggs are out of our control, same day cancellations can occur. Although, this is not a common occurrence, it does happen from time to time. If presented with any of the above issues, we will try our best to find a solution with a location change, start time change, or date change. Please note: Depending on location, date changes may require a reschedule fee of $110 for new permitting as beach bonfire permitting is non-refundable or transferrable.
-If wind speed, rain percentages, or tide are a CLOSE CALL, we let you decide if you would like to move forward with your event. HOWEVER- If you choose to proceed with your fire, there are no refunds. Our package pricing is mainly based on labor. Labor is the same, if not more, for our crew in high winds, high tide, and/or rain, no matter how long you are able to spend at your fire.
-In the event of UNFORESEEN inclement weather- If we have set up, no refunds will be issued. We do issue partial credits to those who were able to spend little to no time at their fire due to rain. We will contact you to discuss options if you fit the criteria.
-If your fire is cancelled due to a burn ban- No refunds will be issued for burn ban cancellations. You will have the choice to receive a credit with our company good for a future fire of any date, or a Light Me Up gift card with the same monetary value of your reservation purchase.CANCELLATIONS:
- Any cancellations made by our company are NOT subject to any additional fees. Inclement weather, high tide, access closures, burn bans, and turtle nests are all cause for cancellation.
- Cancellations made by client over 24 hr notice will receive a full refund minus $150 deposit upon cancellation.
- Any cancellations made by client under 24 hr notice will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Full refund minus $150 deposit + $100 cancellation fee will be processed upon cancellation. This excludes inclement weather cancellations.

BOOKING PROCESS VIA ONLINE FORM
1. FILL OUT FORM BELOW
A team member will send you an email with all details of your form submission for you to confirm. During peak season, please allow 24-48hr response time. If you do not receive an email response by that time, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER- sometimes responses get sent there.
2. CONFIRMATION
Confirm details of reservation and acknowledge our policies. Once details are confirmed, you will receive a text and email from our automated system confirming your reservation.
2. INVOICE AND PAYMENT
After you recieve confirmation text and email, you will then receive an invoice via email. Full payment is due at time of booking. Pay invoice to finalize reservation. (As listed in our policies below, in the event of inclement weather cancellation, you would receive a full refund minus non-refundable deposit of $150).
3. THAT'S IT!
Once you've paid your invoice, you are good to go! You will receive a text the day of your fire with all of the details of your reservation, including address to the access.
